* This CD is released on a regular CD (not cdr) with a full color 8 page booklet + jewel case.
I would call it a different tribute as it features 3 unreleased 1980 Jabbers songs.
These were originally aimed to be part of the classic "Always was, is & always shall be" lp.
GG doesn't do leadvocals on these tunes instead he play the drums.
The cd only includes songs from the Jabbers (& early Scumfucs) era (1978-84). 

* The cd booklet got written pieces from people who worked with GG & the Jabbers.
among those who contributes with their memories: Wayne Kramer & Dennis Thompson from MC5.
Also Jeff Dahl, Emily Xyz, Willie "Loco" Alexander, Genya Ravan & many others
supported this project and contributed with personal written pieces.

As a direct result to this project a great thing happened. Four members of the original Jabbers got back together for
the first time since the early 80's. Al Chapple, Rob Basso, Mike o'Donnell & Chris "Chaos" Lamy is back from the grave!
Here's a quote from Jabbers axeman Rob Basso:

"The Jabbers are back to kick your musical ass! They are working on a new CD to be released during the second half of 2003.
Several special guests appear on this CD: Jeff Clayton (Antiseen), Jeff Dahl (Angry Samoans, Powertrip & solo), Wimpy (The Queers)
and many more to be announced later. Song titles currently include: Suckerpunch, Motorpussy, High On Drugs, Nuke Attack,
Groovy Motherfucker and Redneck Zombie. If you liked The Jabbers before, you'll love them now, as their "Old School"
influences are very evident on this disc (Iggy &The Stooges, The MC5, The Ramones, The Dead Boys, etc.).
This promises to be the best Jabbers recording ever."
