			IŽd read about Taboo in i-D.  They said  it ws difficult to get in and, Žcause I was only 16,  IŽd decided I had to go and get in.  And just walked straight through!  I did have a big look on.  I used to have this pink backcombed fringe going out one side and a big pink polka dot over one eye.  And I was wearing a plastic rain marc with naughty knickers,  on underneath.  They seemed to think it was fine.  Mark Vaultier quite liked my look  -  Mathew Glamorre The door policy wasvery strict. Not everyone was selcome. The idea for the club was it was a place where people of our sort of mentality could go.  YouŽd get past Mark by knowing him.  But then, to know him,  youŽd either have to be a drug dealer or some boy he fancied.  Or someone that he liked.  but then heŽd let in a tramp.  It was all onhis whim.   -   Jeffrey Hinton Me and Boy George used to go round chatting to everyone.  They used to be into whoŽs who.
