Broward County has many interesting landmarks, places that are special to local residents.  Here are some of them.  If you find more, send me an email at englishlesson@mail.com
In West Broward we have the famous Everglades
Napoleon Broward began in 1900 the first major digging opeation in Fort Laud.  He was governor and died young.  Broward Blvd. is the "zero line" of Fort Lauderdale, dividing the city into North and South.  The East and West divider is Andrews Blvd. 
       Directions in Broward County

Avenues are North and South.
Drive (University Drive) can be north and south.
TWA = Terrace, Way and Avenue run north and south.

Streets are eaST and weST. 
Boulevards are usually east and west.
