Stephen Jay's second solo CD, it contains a mix of funk and pop. It contains another personal favorite song "Pendulum Swing." Stephen does all lead vocals on the album and shows off his musical talents by playing acoustic bass, bass, percussion, drums, drum programming, flute, guitars, keyboards, and gulu. "Self Denier" has trumpet played by Stephen's son. All songs are composed and arranged by Stephen. He also writes all the music and lyrics. Contains liner notes and lyrics for each song. Album cover art was drawn by Stephen's wife.
