Menu Plans and Pricing Service price includes assessment, recipe research, meal planning, grocery shopping, actual cost of groceries, preparation of meals, packaging and labeling. There is a $25 charge for consultation with a Registered Dietician. There is also a one-time charge of $25 to cover the cost of reusable plastic containers for your meals. * Prices may vary depending upon entree selections and availability of fresh ingredients. Option 1 5x4 Five (5) different entrees with four (4) servings of each and an appropriate side dish with each serving, for a total of twenty (20) meals. Option 2 4x4 Four (4) different entrees with four (4) servings of each and an appropriate side dish with each serving, for a total of sixteen (16) meals. Option 3 3x4 Three (3) different entrees with four (4) servings of each and an appropriate side dish with each serving, for a total of twelve (12) meals. Option 4 Entrees only, available in packages of 3x2 (6 entrees), 4x2(8 entrees), or 5x2 (10 entrees) Option 5 Family style casserole - available in either 4 or 6 servings Additional items available as follows: entrees: from $10 each sides: from $5 each * In the event that the plastic containers become stained and soiled due to regular use, or they are not properly cared for, there may be an additional charge for new containers. Miscellaneous information Florida state law requires that I charge 7% sales tax in Pinellas County. Please check the sales tax for your county if you live outside of Pinellas. To avoid a $100 cancellation fee, all cancellations must be made within 72 hours of the scheduled cook date. |
