   Welcome to Tassel Top Standard Poodles. Tassel Top is a co-owned kennel on the east coast of the United States. Paula Alexander resides in the Lakes Region of Maine and Sherry Edwards resides in rural upstate New York. Paula and Sherry are members of the New England Pet Grooming Professionals, Lewiston/Auburn Kennel Club and together are Tassel Top Standard Poodles.
     Every Tassel Top poodle lives as a house dog. A canine as intelligent and sensitive to people as the Standard Poodle will not thrive in a kennel environment. Thus all our poodles live in our homes as companions. Breeders wanting to place a Tassel Top puppy into a kennel home need read no further. The quality of life of every puppy is far more important to Tassel Top than any ribbons won in the conformation ring.
A show dog has but a brief career. A companion is for life.
