Knitted Bonnet for Cooper Hospital by Lenore English
Here's the bonnet and booties I send with the extra small preemie gown for Cooper Hospital. The bonnet pattern is my own, but the booties are Michelle's Preemie Booties, listed on Bev's Country Cottage. I knit the smallest size in her pattern, with size 5 needles and sport yarn.
