Yes!! It really is Justin Hawkins! This OOAK project was completed mid 2004, using a Beauty and The Beast Mattel/Disney Ken doll. He was given a facial repaint, added tattoos, and nipple piercing, as well as hair colouring...
He was later auctioned on Ebay and was won by a big Darkness fan...glad to see him go to a good home!
