History: Kasira is the 24 turn old neice of Lord Toren of Ista Hold. Her father died when she was two, and Kasira has no memory of him. Kasira's mother wasn't very maternal, and never bothered to make a strong bond with her daughter. She had a very strong bond with her foster mother, Reloni, who raised her almost from infancy. Reloni died when Kasira was fifteen Turns. At seventeen, while visiting friends at Telgar Hold, which she had been doing very often since Reloni died, she was Searched and taken immediately to Fort Weyr. She Impressed Kameth at Fort Weyr, at 17, and was transferred to Tayick from Fort, at 24. After the previous queen died, Kameth was the first to rise, and Kasira, unexpectedly, became Weyrwoman of Tayick at the age of 25.

Clothing Style: most of the time she dresses for convienance, she prefers clothes that fit snugly, and she enjoys dresses with ruffly skirts, more oftne then not she wears dark colors, deep green, navy blues, and browns... doens't much like pastels
