about these
pictures
There is a photo book with 24 photos of Fort Lauderdale.  The front and back covers show catamarans on the beach.
You can turn 12 of these photos into pictures for your hallway. Just buy frames that measure 11 inches by 14 inches.
Look for small sailboats in some of the photos.  At the bottom of this page is the answer about the number and location of sailboats in the photo.

The blue bicycle art project was started in 1999 and the little bikes appeared all over the city.  One of them wwas chained to a bicycle rack outside Liberties Book Store and Mangos restaurant.

I love to get a chicken salad and then spend a half hour wandering the shelves of Liberties!  Their coffee is good, too!  And if you want some Beanie Babies, they have a good selection....
Buy the book, and a dollar goes to support the Historical Museum of Fort Lauderdale and the Bonnet House.

This fascinating boat is not in the  the book, but it is north of AquaVista island near my home.  I pass it when I drive on the electric  boat.
