Lt. Commander Mattoni

Rif Hutton

Lt. Commander Mattoni is another lawyer in the JAG office that has been seen in the third season episodes "People v. Rabb", "With Intent to Die", "Father's Day" and "The Stalker". He appeared in the fourth season episodes " People v. Mac" and "Dungaree Justice". He appeared in the fifth season episodes "The Return," " Front and Center,"” Life or Death” and “The People v. Gunny.” He also appeared in the sixth season episode “The Princess and The Petty Officer.”

The only bit of personal info that we know, from the episode "Ghost of Christmas Past", is that he has a strong resemblance to Al, a band member who appeared on Harm's father's ship (This is because Rif Hutton played both roles).

Clark Palmer

Peter Murnik

Clark Palmer first appeared in the third season episode "Impact". In the third season episode "The Imposter", he kidnaped Harm and took his place to try and commit murder. In the fourth season episode "Wilderness of Mirrors" Palmer kidnaps Jordan Parker and holds her hostage in Harm's apartment. He is captured in this episode and sent to a prison in Kansas. He appeared in another fourth season episode "Webb of Lies". In the fifth season episode "Contemptuous Words", Harm believe that Palmer might be the one framing him for writing the editorial about the President. Palmer is far from innocent, but he did not write that editorial. He just took the chance to torment Harm about it. As far as we know, he is still in prison (but for how long?).

In the episode "Ghosts of Christmas Past", we find out that Palmer looks amazingly like Lt. Thomas Boone, (later to be know as the CAG) who served on Harm Sr's ship (This is because Peter Murnik played both roles).

Francesca Paretti

Giuliana Santini

Francesca is Admiral Chegwidden's daughter. We first find out about her existence in the third season episode "With Intent to Die". She is the product of Chegwidden's brief marriage to the daughter of the mayor of Naples. Her mother Marcella remarried Vittorio Paretti after she moved back to Italy. Francesca showed up in Washington in the episode "The Stalker" to visit with her father. In "Clipped Wings", Harm and Mac are on her turf, and she helps Harm a bit with his case. In the fourth season, Chegwidden was visiting with her in Italy when she was kidnaped (Going After Francesca). Her kidnapper turns out to be her old boyfriend, an heir to a mafia family. Chegwidden rescues her, but her stepfather, who has ties to the mafia, was killed. Chegwidden manages to spend Christmas with her, despite a blizzard in Washington (Jaggle Bells). Francesca is a journalist in the fashion industry and she appears to be in her mid twenties.

Lt. Cmdr. Jordan Parker

Susan Haskell

Lt. Cmdr. Jordan Parker first appeared in the fourth season episode "Jaggle Bells". Harm was defending her on a charge of driving while intoxicated. She has not been drinking, she had taken cough medicine, which contained alcohol. Harm and Jordan became serious very quickly. Jordan was kidnaped by Clark Palmer (Wilderness of Mirrors) and held hostage in Harm's apartment. Harm was able to save her by figuring out Palmer's tricks. She also appeared in the fourth season episodes "Webb of Lies", "The Adversaries" and "Yeah Baby". Their relationship hit a rocky patch when Harm decided that he wanted to return to flying (Goodbyes). The future of their relationship was left uncertain by the end of the season. Their relationship ends in the fifth season episode "The Return" when she tells Harm that she is taking an overseas assignment.
