Tic Tac Dough was your basic child's game of tic-tac-toe. How players would accomplish playing this game was to pick categories out of boxes and answer questions on those categories. If a player got a correct answer, he/she got the box and placed an X or an O in it. In the CBS run, $300 was added to the pot for the outer boxes while $500 was added for the center box. There were no ties in this game. If a player buzzed in with the correct answer, the game went to that player. The player then went to play the bonus game, the CBS run's bonus game was to try to uncover 3 X's or 3 O's to win prizes. In the syndie run, there were ties which meant that the pot coud obtain a lot of money. This show did break a lot of the Guinness world's records on it. Soon, I will put a page on that will tell all of Tic Tac Dough's records that they set for game show history. In the syndie run, the pot was as folllows, $200 for outer boxes while $300 for that center box. The bonus game this time was a bingo style bonus game where contestants called numbers to try to find $1000 or more to win a $3000-$5000 prize showcase.
