Things that make me go hmmmm..... Not much to comment on this month. |
December, 1997 Not a whole lot happened in December; I recall seeing Hank and Carlotta together when Antonio came to town. I didn't get to see the Gannon's celebrate Christmas or the Vegas. I surely think it would have been fun to watch the Vegas celebrate Christmas, especially with a member of the family, Eli, and not that Carlotta and Hank are together. I do remember seeing Hank and Carlotta at Club Indigo New Years Eve when Carlotta told Antonio that she and Hank believe RJ is not involved with the kidnapping. Nothing earth shattering though -- they were kind of plot fillers to Antonio's return. Remember when Hank walked in on Bo when he was roughing up RJ; he had to break it up and let Bo know he was out of line? Can you believe it -- after that powerful scene in Bo's office it was almost like it had never happened? 12/2/97 Hank walked in on Bo and Judge Fitzwater as Bo was finishing up his justification for getting a warrant to access RJs phone records. As the Judge leaves and Hank asks Bo what that was all about. BO: Judge Fitzwater is willing to entertain the possibility that RJs behind the kidnapping. HANK: You know, Bo, maybe the reason that RJ had such a big reaction to when Rachel told him about the kidnapping is because he saw this coming. BO: Saw what coming? HANK: Oh come on. RJ is the usual suspect for every crime in Llanview. Bo: His history... Hank: His history is history. You know maybe his reaction was because he was worred about Jacara. The two of them were pretty tight. Bo: Yeah, until she dissolved the partnership Hank: Well it seemed beyond professonal when he warned me to back off from Jacara. Now if he still cares that much maybe he reacted to the fact that if Holden goes under she's out of a partner again. BO: Or she would team up with RJ. You see that then both personally and professionally he gets what he wants? Hank: If she has no other options. Bo: It only has to be that way in RJs reality. Hank (grudgingly): Alright, fine its a possible motive; but that is not the way it went down. Maybe it is exactly the way Rachel said - an honest response to the death of two kids. Bo: Let's forget that RJ is your brother and look at the facts Hank: There are no facts. Bo: You and RJ have gotten thick since Jacara came on board. Hank: Yeah, Yeah we have. Bo: You don't want to lose that now after all it took to get there. Hank: Not long ago I would have added up the same possibilities you. I have seen RJ invest a lot into something good, something clean and the old math just doesn't add up. Bo: All I want to do is look at his phone records. It might be you're right; he's clean. He is not the only suspect, there's Tommy Gregory -- Max through him out of Rodi's. Hank: I hope it is anybody but RJ. Bo: Let's see where it goes. Hank: I'm gonna pay my brother a visit to see what's up at Club Indigo. | |
