STARTED ACTING: A high school play is what did it--the acting bug bit and Michael was hooked. He did some in LA, then decided he really liked it and wanted to learn everything, so he went to theatrical school for two years. He recommends it!
OTHER ROLES HE'S HAD: Michael loves plays and he's done lots. You might have seen him in TV's Doogie Howser, however.
LIVES: In an apartment in West Los Angeles and in a high rise building in Vancouver when he's filming 21 Jump Street.
PETS: He wishes! Michael loves animals, especially dogs, but has no room for a pooch in his life. "I could never provide a proper home for a dog, they need a yard to run in and I don't have that."

A GREAT DATE WOULD BE: Dinner and a movie or a play. "I'm the mellow type. I don't need to go to clubs or parties to have a good time."
