Mega Man was origianlly a tool-user for Dr. Light, but when Wily stole the new robot masters, Mega Man was turned into a fighting machine with the ability to form arm cannons. After Wily attacked again, Dr. Light accidently made him a living machine.
What? You don't know what that is? Don't blame yourself, I'll tell you. A living machine, or bioroid as Dr. Light calls them, is like a human spirit inside a robot. Mega Man can feel pain, experience emotion, and has a free will. He enjoys what many humans take for granted. When he became a bioroid, his body also began to act like a humans. It could partially heal itself, and he had nerves, stuff like that. He also eventually met up with his brother, Break Man, who is also a bioroid soon after.
Mega Man's fighting uniform is his normal attire, which is dark blue on the forearms, boots, pants and helmet. It is light blue on the chest, arms, and legs. (Keep in mind that if he uses a weapon, his color sceme changes.)

Kevin was pulled into Videoland by the Ultimate Warp Zone in order to help defeat Mother Brain, the worst evil of Videoland. He was an ultiamte gamer, who knew all sorts of info on games, like where secret items are hidden, the layout of a land, or how to defeat something-you know, stuff like that.
He was supplimented with a Zapper and a Control Pad, two very important things. His Zapper is very versatile and could hurt almost anything, and his Control Pad can send him any direction in a flash.
Kevin wears a yellow T-shirt and an unzipped school jacket that is Red with white sleeves and has a big black N on it.(It is coincidential! He went to Northridge High!) He also wears jeans and sneakers. He has normal-long hair in length, brown, and combs it to the side. He also has blue eyes.

Princess Lana has had a rough life. She assumed control of Videoland when she was still very young, much like Sally. And also like Sally, her father, King Charles, was banished. She misses him a lot.
Despite all that, Lana remains optimistic most of the time and her and Kevin are in a relationship, much to Simon's disgust.
Lana wears a pink outfit most of the time(quite revealing, too) that is bordered with white and purple. She has golden earrings, and a golden necklace and crown, both studded with large green emeralds. Similar things are worn on her wrists as well. And finally she has normal blue boots.

Title: Kid Icarus
Species: Human/Angel
Pit won the title of Kid Icarus as an honor. He hangs out in the Palace of Power a lot, and is generally regarded as a child by the N-Team. But, Mega Man and he have become good friends, both being about the same height and left to thmselves often. Kid Icarus favors a bow and arrow in battle, and he has limitless quivers of arrows that can do anything form launch a net to create a thunderstorm.
Kid Icarus has red hair and green eyes, and wears a toga with a normal belt at his waist. He always keeps his quiver of arrows and bow near, and has wooden sandals.

Simon is a vampire hunter from Castlevania, whom answered the call for the N-Team probably because of Princess Lana, that he so dearly likes. Simon normally dresses in leather and gray khakis, I think, and wears brown boots. He has a backpack that can hold a BUNCH of things, like, for instance, he could sit there for hours pulling out junk, but it really isn't big enough to hold it all! Magical, probably.
Simon has a dark brown complection, he is blonde, wears the leather jacket, gray pants, and brown boots. Then the traveler's pack and a magic whip who has a mind of it's own. It nods to him and stuff when it is asked a question.

Break Man was Dr. Light's first humanoid robot. He was a lab assistant, like Mega Man, and had welding cannons instead of plasma cannons at the time. One day an accident occured in the lab and Break Man rushed over to shield Dr. Light from the blast. When Dr. Light looked again, he was gone.
Break Man hasn't exactly specified where, but he was teleported to another dimension. He was able to modify his welding cannons so they shot plasma, too.
By the time he worked his way back, he had managed to find his brother: Mega Man! But, he cam back at a bad time, during one of Wily's assaults. Somewhere down the line about now, he became a bioroid by stepping right through a special energy shield.
Break Man has red forearms, boots, belt, and helmet, and his chest and legs are all white. His helmet has three white spikes on the design above the visor(not real). The black visor also hides his eyes most of the time, and he has a yellow bandana tied loosely around his neck.

Link was called upon to defeat the evil wizard Ganon by Princess Zelda. He has had to defeat Ganon several times now, and he is still uncertain about his victories. He and Zelda stay at North Castle most of the time. Link has a shield with decorative Hyrulian markings on it, and is the only one who can use the Master Sword and enchanted Silver Arrows.
Link is part elf, so he has pointy ears. He normally wears a thin green mail with leather underneath, and brown boots. He also sports a green floppy garb on his head, which has a light brown hair.

Princess Zelda is often captured by Ganon, but Link is the one who saves the day. She and Link both guard the Triforce of Wisdom from Ganon, for they certainly don't want him to get it. Zelda is rather serious and likes to turn down Link's requests for a kiss, but I think she did once.(Whaitta go, Link!)
Zelda, the way I perceive her, is blonde with blue eyes and has pointed ears like all elves, and wears a purple shirt with only one sleeve and has a light blue vest on top of that. She also wears normal pants and brown boots, and her belt has a triforce symbol on it. She has a silver crown with red jewels on it.
