CAMDEN PALACE STEVE STRANGE - PHOTO ARCHIVE 1

In the late seventies he moved to London from South Wales,  changed his name from Steve Harrington to Steve Strange  and got involved with clubs offering one-night-a week specialities,  though usually the main attraction was to get past the front door.  Only people who complied with Mr.  Strange´s dress code were admitted.  He started at the Billy´s / Blitz and currently presides over the huge Camden Palace. Apart from the Palace,  he is in the pop group Visage,  and is also starting a new venture called ´ Creative Workforce´  to promote new and exciting talent in photography and design - GAY NEWS - OCTOBER 1983 - CAMDEN PALACE MENU
