Thierry Mugler, Leigh Bowery, Gazelle, Miranda Moondust, Dali, Warhol, Pollack, Erte, Gustav Klimt, LA artist Orion, ornamental ironwork, islamic architecture, anything extreme in nature.
Objective - Tell me your dreams, why did you come to New York, what are your aspirations?
I came to New York as an adventure, really...I wanted to experience something larger and to focus on my potential in what was and is known as center stage for the art world.
As far as what i aspire to, i want to make beauty and to be beautiful. My dream is to express myself as vividly as possible and in a scale that commands and deserves appreciation. My projects are what matter to me, so i want them to be larger, more complex & intricate.
Where do see yourself in 5 or 10 years?
uhm, making wonderful artwork that wouldn't fit in my apartment at them moment...working worldwide, collaborating with great artists, hopefully in the beginning stages of creating my own theme park.
If you could give one piece of advise to someone who has aspirations of following in your footsteps what would it be?
ohhh, someone following in my footsteps wouldn't listen to a thing i'd say, but i'd attempt to tell them to never compromise their vision and to keep pushing it, to never give up on whatever it is that they want.
