2006 has been very busy with our C1/4 exhibition going to Corso Como Comme des Garcons in Japan in April and the amazing 25 year Summer Hat party in London in July. Exhibitions have included Anglomania at the Met and Anna Piaggi’s Fashionology at the V and A. Major headwear and armour was created for Dior Haute Couture in July and hats for Kate Blanchett and Kiera Knightly for their films The Golden Age and Atonement. Also new are collaborations with Marc Jacobs and Hussein Chalayan for their spring summer 2007 collections. For the first time I guest edited the London based Arts magazine .Cent and my new collection ‘Stephen Jones 1’ opened in its own shops within Dover Street Market Comme des Garcons in London and Tokyo. Finally last weekend after a delay of one year, Kylie took to the stage in Sydney wearing spectacular Stephen Jones for John Galliano plumes.
