Just saw the notice about Terry Johnson...very sad. I knew him since Kindegarten at Aetna School. My condolences to his family, musical friends and all who knew him.

Hobart, In USA - Fri Dec 8 22:34:47 CST 2000We just lost another dear friend. Terry Johnson (Wirt '72) passed away yesterday. He was diagnosed with lung cancer just a few months ago. Our hearts go out to Terry's mom and sister Debby who have been there with him throughout this whole tragedy. There will be a memorial service for Terry this Sunday the 10th, 2:00PM at Moeller Funeral Home 104 Roosevelt Rd. Valporaiso, IN 46383 (219) 462-0535. There should be a notice in both the Valporaiso and Gary newspapers this weekend with more information. For Terry's "brothers" in Tucson and Dallas who can't be there for the service, I'm going to set up a web site so we can share memories with each other and Terry's family. Terry knew he was going to a better place. Terry, thank you for the music and the laughter and the friendship. We'll never forget you.
