THAI GEM SCAM GROUP RELEASES "FAMILY TREE" OF GEM STORES
Warning to public about rogue gem and accomplice gold stores
The Thai Gem Scam Group (www.oocities.org/thaigemscamgroup) today issued a list of rogue gem stores that have been defrauding thousands of tourists. In an attempt to better track the frequent opening and closing of stores that characterizes the scam, the Group has built a "family tree" showing the names of previous incarnations of the stores and their addresses.
In a further effort to warn tourists, the Group is also releasing a list of gold stores that work with the rogue gem stores to defraud tourists. These gold stores allow criminal organizations to use their credit card machines to process transactions on behalf of the rogue gem stores.
