My 1973 Chevy NOVA was originally in Texas when my uncle came across it. A little old lady that drove it to tha grocery store once a week and that was it. He got the car and then let is sit in his yard for a while. Then he drove it to Chicago, its first time in the rust belt, and left it at my grandparents house under a tarp. Well i guess that tarp blew off or something because in only one years time surface rust started poping up. If only I liked muscle cars when i was that young i would have bought a new tarp or built a carport or something to keep it tha way it was. After it sat in Chicago for a while it was driven back to Arizona by my Uncle Tom. He drove it out all the way from Arizona just to give it to me. It has been and always will be the best birthday present I could've got. |
