Debbie Harry and Chris Stein of Blondie will headline the all-star Vanity
Fair
"In Concert" event presented by DKNY on Monday, October 6th in New York. The
bi-coastal music celebration kicks off with Harry, Stein, Sheryl Crow and
Mya performing at the New York event at the Hammerstein Ballroom, with
tickets on sale from Ticketmaster for only $65--with 100% of all proceeds
going to Step Up Women's Network, an organization dedicated to raising funds
and awareness for breast-cancer research and other women's causes through
national and local events that support and promote the career development of

Debbie Harry and Chris Stein of Blondie are currently setting up the new
Blondie album, entitled The Curse of Blondie, which is set for international
release October 6 and a U.S. release in early 2004. The band has just
returned from touring in Japan and Australia, and will be embarking on a
European tour with their original Blondie bandmates, Jimmy Destri and Clem
Burke, in late October.
