The Bourtreehillians: Hidden Structures
< ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------->
It has been only 24 hours since the collapse of the greatest of the three ruins in Bourtreehill. This once mighty structure previously comprised of original well-defined enclosing walls. The interior and exterior were clearly discernible and all walls retained hights between two and forty feet. The highest of these is the latest victim of vandalism. Admittedly the final 'push' was due to the high winds of late but the wall itself, which was still recently intact, had become erroniously known as 'the arch' due to the intense damage to its central core.

Indeed this solid wall resembled an archway (an unsound one of course) after a decade of abuse and neglect.

On 13th April 2006, this enormous (by Bourtreehillian standards) structure finally gave way to the pressures of society and nature. Built by craftsmen, this ruin survived many generations without decay but was finally forgotten by the council, neglected and abused by the natives and allowed to fall to pieces by us all.
