JULY 1ST in a North American garden. These are shots of the

small front garden

.

  

  



1, 2 & 3) Papery pink poppies. They grow to about 4-5' tall and the flowers are about the size of a coffee cup. Small orange poppies, dahlia, euonymous; 4) Dianthus - the perfume from these flowers can be detected 5 houses away



This is a large

back garden

A wall of roses has been established to break up the view and add areas of interest.



  



1) Blood red/black roses with yellow centers 2) Apricot tea rose 3) Hot pink roses against the fence with dianthus and Dahlia in front

  

  



4) Bright red rambler roses; 5) Pink and white low spreading roses; 6) Close up of hot pink roses 7) A perfect apricot tea rose
