The answer is "FALSE". The Apostle Paul kept the Torah, taught the Torah, kept the traditions of his fathers, and walked uprightly before the Lord. It was his custom to observe Sabbath and the festivals. He observed Nazarite vows. He taught that the Law was the perfect Law of Liberty in the Messiah. It is only a rumor, so stated in the New Testament, that he did not keep the Law.
