"The Octopus" is a term I'd never heard until I read it in High Times magazine a few years ago. When I looked around the internet, I was shocked at some of the things I found that our government had been involved in. This site is to share some of this information.
Mena, Arkansas is a good place to start. It's a small town through which the United States government has smuggled tons and tons of cocaine. The happenings in Mena have a long history. It's amazing how many events in our history are tied together.
One man has played a role in many. many clandestine operations for our government . His name is Barry Seal. He was the CIA's best weapon/drug smuggler of all time. BUT.. he thought he was untouchable and that was a big mistake.
