Therapy Pets

Therapy Pets Serving Mini-Cassia is a local group of volunteers that are registered either through the Delta Society or by Therapy Dogs Inc. We are working together to serve the Mini-Cassia area. We are currently visiting nine local facilities. If you have passed your evaluation with your pet and wish to join our group we would be glad to have you. Additional teams are always welcome to join. The number of visits and choice of facilities are up to each member.  We now have eight handlers, Fourteen pets giving us a total of fourteen teams. In July we assist the Civil Air Patrol with their scone booth in Rupert over the 4th of July week. Below is a picture of the booth from July 2006. We will be there again this year so come by and see us!

Current News

We are planning on being at the Minidoka Health Fair on October 10th. We are doing a Delta Workshop and Evaluation in Pocatello September 19th and 20th, for information please contact us at our e-mail or through Delta where the workshop is listed.
