TAN - Chocolate, Pastel

These are all variations on
beige/ebony-charcoal cross.   Ebony Browns, or Ebony Pastels, are Beige or Blonde crossed with Ebony. The Ebony gene makes the beige colour wrap around the whole body as well as making the colour darker. This color tends to darken and/or "rust" as they age.

Chocolate
Homozygous Beige/ Dark Ebony Cross
Cross with a Homozygous Beige and Ebony, this animal is dark caramel in color with flesh colored ears. The more generations the Tan/ebonys are crossed it is said to darken the color even more.  But I have seen very dark tan (chocolate) that have NOT evolved out of successive generations of ebony to tan matings.  There is just too much that is not yet known about the ebony gene.  Depth and stableness of color is said to be linked to the quality of the gray behind the lines producing your tan.

Pastel/Tan TOV
Chocolate TOV -
Brown Velvet ebony/tan cross... the darker the black with homo beige should get darker brown young.  It could be that the lack of gray allows the color of the veil to darken even more.
