Sacred Space Meditation by Sharesa |

Candle, pick a color that you think represents you and your personality. Perhaps a crystal or gem, to focus your energy (if you need it) Dark room. Make sure you won't be disturbed for the allotted time period of this meditation, depending on how long you would like to explore and delve. Light your candle... focus on clearing your mind, and only focusing on this meditation... perhaps light some incense for clairvoyance, or anoint yourself with lavender oil to calm yourself. Hold your crystal or gem, and use this to create energy. If you have a hard time with this, imagine blue or purple light emitting from your finger tips.. you should be about to feel it. Another method is to rub your hands together. Close your eyes, create, using visualization a door/portal/entrance to this Sacred Space of yours. It can be ornate, with ivy and wispy brass decorations.. or as simple as a wooden door with a handle. You must also visualize stairs... when you open the door look down at yourself.. are you wearing a beautiful white dress, trailing on the dusty path.. or a deep green dress, its fabric touching the moss on the path covered in glistening trees. Make it what you want.. it is yours to create.. Perhaps there are tall trees and fern bushes... little clusters of lavender, herbs and daffodils. Fawns appear from behind a cluster of trees, the Goddess and God are present.. a horned buck.. a small rabbit. The more you imagine, the more exciting your space becomes. Perhaps the trail leads to the ocean, or to the desert.. or perhaps Stonehenge.. where you dance in the rain.. looking towards the sky.. the rain kneading the parched earth. You can dance, sing, cry, scream.. it is your world. Someone might meet you there, someone might contact you, always be open to learning experiences and new things... you never know what you may see. Imagine the smells of this world, the trees, the rain.. the air. What does it's bounty taste like.. go on.. what does the grass feel like, does it squeak? Just imagine! When you feel it is time to part... slowly walk back to the door.. wave goodbye and say a little something to the presences of this little Sacred Space.. walk out the door, and open your eyes! Write down responses immediately. |
