Each year the ship was chartered, the price would drop by $1 million should the purchase option be exercised. First of two sisterships to arrive from Stena Line. She made nearly four thousand return trips in 11 years, and her mechanical performance was considered above average for the period. After arrival of the Caribou, the Marine Nautica was sold to Navarma, which eventually became Corsica ferries. Current situation: Renamed Corsica Marina II and operates as a member of Corsica Ferries. |
