早排自己的BOOKMARK FILE好像出錯了，結果很久沒有看你的網頁。原來你近來這麼不開心。
第一樣野，我以做女兒的身份勸勸你，一天不要喝超過一杯咖啡吧。上咖啡癮和毒癮冇甚麼分別，我覺得。而且，上了癮，咖啡就變了不是享受，而是被迫，屈服。真的要節制呀，唔好俾Ｄ化學物質就咁控制左自己呀。我而家都係一日一杯。今個Reading Week我決定試下成個星期唔飲睇下?
