| Where do I begin? Well, Amber and Bray first appeared on our screens a few years back. Starring in a show called "The Tribe" The show is a sci-fi based drama that is built around teenagers who have to find a way to survive after a virus has killed off all the adults. The teenagers, (and younger children) form tribes. Amber and Bray were in a tribe called "The Mall Rats". They live in a Mall and I don't really know about "rats" part. Maybe it's the rats in the sewers. Anyway.....the first time that Amber and Bray met they were in the sewers. Jack, Dal and Amber had gone to investigate a noise they had heard. Equipped with baseball bats they set off. And who did they find? None other than Bray. Their relationship started off as a friendship, well I don't know if you could even call it that as they argued with each other all the time. Bray brought a friend - Trudy to the Mall. She was pregnant and needed a place to stay, at least until the baby was born. There were numerous obstacles that stood in the way of Amber and Bray having a relationship. Trudy for one.....Salene, who was swept away by Bray's kind ways and Sasha who had eyes for Amber. We knew that Bray really liked Amber from the start - their intense gazes and sexual tension filled arguments made that fact hard to miss. Sasha and Amber got together, much to Bray's dismay. He tried to show off his skateboarding skills in front of Sasha and Amber to try and win her over. Sasha asked Amber to away with him. At the last moment, Amber decided she couldn't go with him. She spent the next few days moping - Completely opposite to Bray's grin! Bray came close to telling Amber how he felt....but Lex interrupted. (Damn him!) Soon after this, Bray finally came clean, he told her how he was jealous about Sasha and how he should have told her a long time ago. They share their first kiss, all because of a cup of cocoa and an eyelash! They spent a few blissful days. Then, BAM! Ebony and her "bully boys" come to the mall. They take the antidote, a very sick Lex and Bray! Amber tries to get the group motivated to rescue Bray but regrets ever doing so when she sees footage of Ebony putting sunscreen on Bray's back. (Don't panic, fellow Brambers. She forced him to, but you couldn't know that by watching the footage) Amber's extremely distraught and gives up on Bray. With Bray still in captivity, the Mallrats head to Eagle Mountain to look for some information on the antidote. Ebony's tribe turn on her and Bray has to come to her rescue. They get away and head off to find Amber and the others. Amber gives Bray the cold shoulder, and when asked what was wrong, she told Bray to "Drop dead" (lol) When they finally kiss and make-up disaster strikes as the generator in Eagle Mountain overheats and the lab explodes. Bray's unconscious until the next day, when he finally comes to, Lex has to tell him that Amber's gone. *sniff sniff* Bray's heartbroken....... THEN YAYAYAYAYAAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYA.......the unbelieveable happened. Amber returned. But not as a ghost, she hadn't really died. He had all been a plot by Ebony, to get Bray back. Amber was alive and well and the leader of the Gaians. When Bray was reunited with her, he was awestruck but had to come to terms with the fact that Amber was with someone else. After many nail-biting, tension filled episodes. Bray and Amber finally got back together!! *cue Brambers, the world over jumping up and down with excitement* However, their happiness was shortlived as Amber went away to try and "muster" more tribes to help them fight the good fight against The Chosen. When she returned......she had a bit of a surprise for Bray - she was pregnant!!! Will their relationship ever run smoothly......do we even want it to? With season four looming, only time will tell....... |
