Should I stay or should I go?

Last week I may have been a bit hard on season four, so I’ll tone it down a bit. Well this weekend we all witnessed the second episode of the season. I tend to call the weekend episodes “one”. *sigh* Oh how I wish they would change it back!

Well, what can I say about this episode. In one word it would be “yeugha” accompanied with a shrug. Maybe I should divide this into what I liked and what I didn’t like….

What I didn’t like (always better to end on a positive note)

· Chloe, Chloe….oh, and Chloe. She’s turned into such a teenager and I don’t like it. I mean what happened to the cute, sweet and calm Chloe we used to know?! And what was with that bearded blue design she had going on, on her chin. LOL, that was funny!
· The Pride/Salene vibes. I feel that the writers are trying to force this on us. Like they thought “Okay, Ryan’s gone, Pride’s in love with Amber but she’s in a hut somewhere….what shall we do, what shall we do.” And after a whole lot of head scratching and ‘umms and aaaahs’ later the Pride/Salene thing was created. One word for that…”Bleugh”
· The completely techno vibe and STILL no sign of the other characters….I miss them (namely Bray!)

What I did like:

· The B/A flashbacks to last season. Gave me the warm fuzzies….now THAT was a season!
· When Pride said he didn’t love May….we all knew it!
· The fact that I heard someone say that Amber isn’t being captured (in the end credits) but being taken to see Bray. Now, that could mean an exit for Amber for a couple of episodes or it could mean some B/A cuteness. Keep the faith Brambers, they will be reunited once more!
· Ooooooh, I think it looks like a new outfit for Amber from the credits. It looks loverly! Have a peek for yourselves. (I can’t stand that outfit she’s wearing now - bring back the s4 dress)
· The scenes when Trudy told Amber about Bray. Gave me a lump in my throat….come on, own up….which one of you Brambers cried?

Ummm, *looks over review and cringes* oops, I don’t think I toned it down! Oh well, that’s what I think…I’d love it if you emailed me and let me know your thoughts! I just hope that there’s pleasant surprises in store for us.
