The all-time top Protieganist is Alex Cahill from Walker, Texas Ranger. Played by Sheree J. Wilson, Ms. Cahill has been tied up a total of 13 times throughout the duration of WTR's on-air time. This is a very high number of times to be tied up. It seems in about one out of every 4 or 5 episodes, she is either getting kidnapped or tied up. She is nothing more than a victim, hands down. She has been tied with a wide range of materials also, but most often with rope. Her mouth has had duct tape over it many many times. Alex got tied by the #2 TieMaster, Victor LaRue, three separate times alone. She has gotten tied way more than any normal person ever should, and for all these reasons, she is the all-time Protieganist.
Coming in at number two is April O'Neil from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. We cannot count the number of times she has been kidnapped and tied/gagged by Shredder and his goons. She would usually get tied with rope and gagged with a cloth gag. Although we are guessing (since we haven't seen every single TNMT episode ever) we would estimate that she has been tied up a total of 12 times throughout the duration of this cartoon series. If you count the video games (for NES and SNES), then that would bring the total up to 15. THAT IS A LOT OF TIMES TO BE TIED UP! April's sole purpose in TNMT seems to be to get kidnapped and tied up, and that contributes to her being the number two all-time Protieganist.
