Optimus Primal

Optimus Primal is the leader of the Maximals. In the Beast Wars, he had died once, but was saved by Rhinox and became a Transmetal. After holding Optimus Prime's spark, he was "upgraded" to Optimal Optimus, with four modes. At the end of the Beast Wars, he captured Megatron in the Beast Wars, but Megatron had freed himself and took over Cybertron (Beast Machines). Optimus fought the Vehicons with his now Technorganic Maximals. He killed himself in order t free Cybertron from Megatron and bring balance to Cybertron.
