MAO MAGAZINE Fashion Week Launch Party

The Mao Magazine party jump-started New York Fashion Week Fall 2006. A huge parade of Fashionistas and freaks came out to party. Kenny Kenny greeted guests at the door of spacious club SOL on 29th Street. Half naked models adorned with silver & rhinestones danced on platforms while images from the current issue projected on the clubs many screens. This is the 6th issue of Mao magazine, which is only released during fashion week. The Mao Mag’s editors Roger Padilha and Mauricio Padilha put together a great magazine loaded with inspiring information and beautiful photos. Maripol, Nina Hagen, Holly Woodlawn, David Spada and Annie Flanders all have interviews in this jam-packed issue. A good time was had by all.
