RTC (Right To Censor)

Members: Steven Richards, Goodfather, Val Venis, Ivory, and Bull Buchanan

The PTC has been the WWF’s greatest enemy in recent years. They’ve been protesting the WWF for its use of violence and sex for entertainment. Vince being the evil man he is took his own special kind of revenge against them. Steven Richards started appearing on WWF programming and taking actions against sex and violence. This was ok and a pretty good angle but then the WWF messed with it. Steven added Bull Buchanan to his group and then the angle changed from mocking the PTC to a cult. RTC kidnapped and reprogrammed Val Venis, Godfather, and Ivory. They started putting up the good fight against the evil of the WWF. First I must mention two very good things that the RTC did. First they made Billy Gunn stop calling himself Mr. Ass and using the homoerotic Ass Man music. Second they tried to end Chyna’s career. On second though maybe they were a good gimmick. Of course even thou they did those wonderful things they still sucked ass. The whole cult thing would come to a head when someone needed punishment. They would beat the living shit out of any member that went astray. With the failure of the WWF’s previous cult stable the Ministry of Darkness I still can’t see why Vince and company decided to turn the RTC into one too. On top of everything was the fact that they put on all of boring matches and that Ivory wrestled in a long skirt (and looked like an ass while doing it). If only the WWF have just left Steven alone fighting against the sex and violence this gimmick would have been great.
