This speed metal metal quintet from the Bay Area made some cool albums when they first started and got fairly good coverage from metal 'zines. However, their later albums are rather banal and never seem to recreate the enthusiasm of their first two albums. Early guitarist Rob Flynn went on to front Machine Head, lead guitarist extrordinaire Tim Calvert went to Nevermore, and drummer Paul Bostaph is now hard at work for Slayer.
