Scouting: Power forward with some good offensive skills.. Fast straight ahead skater, not the quickest guy latterally but that is expected with a guy 235 pounds.. Drives to the net on almost every play, could be a real pest doing that in the future, will try to skate right through you, uses his size effectively throwin body checks.. Is a creative passer, always makes the smart pass.. Hard shooter with a big release, could work on making it quicker at times..Good balance, hard to knock off the puck though could use some work on his puckhandling skills.. Seems disinterested in the defensive zone, could work alot harder in that area, is often one of the 1st guys to leave his zone.. Has good potential as a top notch power forward in the NHL, just has to work on a few things. |
