Scouting: Strong kid with a good burst of speed and a nice pass. Agile speedy skater who goes right to the net, creates problems with his size and strength. Will try to drive right into people when in control of the puck. Is very physical, always mucking it up, throws some good hits. Very strong along the boards, always digging in the corners for the puck. Tireless worker and forechecker. Has a beutiful touch on his passes and is very patient with them. Shows good hockey sense by knowing when to shoot and when to pass. Hard shooter, excellent wrist shot with a quick release, hard slapshot as well. Very defensively responsible, always one of the last guys out if his zone and one of the first guys back on defense. |
