| -Reports must be postmarked on or before the 5th of every month -Reports must be sent in a 9x12 inch envelope -Reports must be mailed to Hilary Blake, Bailey Dobbs, Katie Kuhns, Nikki Hummadi, and your Sponsoring Kiwanis Club President -Remember to decorate your envelopes for extra points -Complete the task of the month and insert it in the envelope to Bailey Dobbs -Attach minutes, sign-in sheets, agendas, and any other applicable items -Always send proof of publicity if your club was in a local newspaper, news, or radio -Club categories are based off of paid membership-bronze is up to 35 members, silver 36-60, gold 61-85, and platinum is 86 or more members -Make sure you are using the new report forms that can be downloaded from the district website.
