Always having problems of how to tie and how to match the correct type of tie with the shirt????
Here is the solution......
Points to take note :
DESCRIPTIONS | REMARKS |
ONE ON ONE | A solid-coloured tie with a solid-coloured shirt and jacket is right all the time. |
NOT THE SAME SIZE | Make sure the checks on your shirt and tie are of different sizes to avoid resembling graph-paper. |
CLASH COURSE | If you mean business, keep it clean. Avoid mixing the pattern on your tie with the print on your shirt. |
BELT IT UP | A tie is an accessory for the neck. Don't hang it beyond the waistband or belt buckle. |
THE TALL, THIN MAN | Go for wide, patterned or striped ties. A HALF WINDSOR or FULL WINDSOR knot will work wonders. |
THE HEAVY MAN | Be bold when it comes to your tie. It will distract a viewer's eye from your girth. |
THE SHORT MAN | Wear the smallish FOUR IN HAND knot so as not to shorten the torso further. |
Here the steps...........
FOUR-IN-HAND
FULL WINDSOR
HALF WINDSOR
