A few Reasonable requests
Over the years we have learned that most severed relationships between groomer and customer have been the result of miscommunication and simple misunderstandings.  If both parties had been been better informed, such problems would generally not arise.  We are here for the well being of your pet.  period.  However, one cannot disregard safety issues of not just your individual pet but for the health of ALL the pets in the grooming shop AND of the groomers present.  We have certain guidelines for certain situations that we go by.  Should any of the following links apply to you and your pet, please read the page provided.  If you have ANY questions, do not hesitate to ask.  What is common knowledge to a groomer or veterinarian may not be common knowledge to a Pet mom and dad....it is unfair for either to assume you know what it has taken us years to learn.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY PET FOR REASONS OF HEALTH AND SAFETY CONCERNS.
PLEASE INFORM US OF ANY EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITION YOUR PET MAY HAVE OR OF ANY MEDICATIONS YOUR PET MAY BE ON PRIOR TO GROOMING.
PLEASE BE SURE WE HAVE THE MOST RECENT CONTACT NUMBERS WHERE WE CAN REACH YOU SHOULD AN UNFORSEEN EMERGENCY ARISE.
NEVER HESITATE TO ASK QUESTIONS OR INFORM US OF ANY COMPLAINT (OR COMPLIMENT) THAT YOU MAY HAVE CONCERNING OUR  GROOMING.  WE CANNOT FIX A PROBLEM IF WE DO NOT KNOW OF IT.  EVERYBODY GROOMS DIFFERENTLY, WE WILL NOT BE INSULTED IF YOU WISH TO CHANGE ANYTHING WE ARE DOING.
