I don't know when I started watching the Bachelor shows.. I think it started when it was Jerry O'Connell's brother cuz I was all 'hey I kinda know you' I'm not addicted to it but if there's nothing else to do.. which is most of the time >.>
It was the finale of the Bachelorette today. Besides last season, I find they always pick the one I don't like/wouldn't pick. Ah well.. take all the ones I don't want.. more for me. Not like any of them are my age or I'm developed enough relationship-wise to be with anybody who'd go on that show.
Had a long weekend last week due to Canada Day. Nothing eventful during the actual weekend. Was quite productive and active on Monday. Walked to the bank (I had the day off on a weekend so it was the only time I probably can go to the bank), opened a savings account then went to the library. Quite a bit of a walk.. about 4 km on a hot day.
Went to the park twice on Canada Day with 2 different friends. Got about mosquito bites on one ankle alone. Can't say I've ever really been bit in the city before but I was near trees without repellent.
Walked to and from work for the 3-day work week. Not sure if I also got bit on my left ankle or if it was already sore from walking on Monday but holy... it was rubbed raw and completely red... had 2 bandaids on it. I'm good now though ^o^
My parents came yesterday and I finally got to go shopping for myself but I didn't like anything v_v

So I'm posting again. Let's see how long this update streak lasts. Even irl diaries growing up always had activity spurts and then died completely for years ^^;
One of my co-workers is taking her holidays this week and we got a bunch of stuff on Friday so you just knew this week would suck. By a bunch of stuff I mean lots of mail and about 10 travel expense reports. Yeah.. today we got about 15 expense reports *dies* My supervisor got everybody to take some though.. and with all the questions from everybody else doing theirs.. I only got ONE finished! So I don't feel too exhausted yet but by about Wednesday I may want to shoot myself.
It's good to have things before Month End by accounting standards but holy.. that combined with trying to make our deadlines earlier while my supervisor takes about 2 1/2 weeks holidays starting next week.. ergh
Why do I seem to have a curse where nobody answers the phone when I call them? Yeah yeah it seems everybody I know is far too busy for me but it doesn't have to be a huge phone call. Just knowing I'm not invisible is a plus -_-
Anyway.. we have a 4 day weekend this weekend. The Forks is meant to be having this Multiculturalism Day on Saturday which I'd like to go to. They're having henna tattoos so maybe that'll convince Tanya to go with me lol

Wow.. I actually made my own layout again. Yeah yeah I stole the old layouts and changed the pictures but that still takes work!
