FINALLY…the two greatest forces to ever come out of Sumter School District Two since the immaculate conception of the Knights and Gators in 1996 (no one to this point can compare with Hillcrest High's Ray Allen) have joined forces with a concept that even Frank Baker would be envious of (big shout out to Frank).  Together TOPolk and LilCease84 Productions hope to produce an all-around, running commentary that will enlighten others to the problems, dangers, etc. of the world before they encounter them first hand.  We only aim to help (and entertain at any cost).

While TOPolk provides the everyday, white world commentary, I will be adding a lil' ghetto perspective of things.  I'll explore family, values, and sports.  I'll try to keep the commentary to one subject, but if I run off just entertain me.  Aiight, enough of this intro garbage, lets get to the Kool-Aid.

The point is that "happiest" is a hard word to define.  You know what to judge it against in your past, but what of the future?  A very simple question: When were you happiest?  It's hard as hell to answer though.  It's a very good thought provoker though

"Because I am that damn good"

Extended AIM Profile dX

This is basically a really big profile.  Why?  Well, two reasons : 1) AIM Profiles never give you enough space to say what you want most of the time 2) I got really bored one day, figured why not?

I was reading a commentary in Sports Illustrated a few weeks ago and it was the best commentary that Peter O'Reilly has written in his whole freakin life.  It was simple. He asked several popular sports figures one simple question: "What was the happiest moment of your life?"  Tiger Woods has won a million tournaments, a billion dollars, and is to golf what Hank Aaron is to baseball: an icon.  I would have expected him to say that he was happiest when he won his first Masters in Augusta and proved that a black man can not only survive in a white man's world but can dominate it.  Instead, this is what he said: "I was happiest when I was eleven.  I had the cutest girlfriend and two recesses a day.  It's been all downhill since."  Cecil's reaction = Damn!?!?

I suppose this goes to show that the simplest questions prove to be the hardest to answer.  I spent an hour after reading that article asking myself the same damn question.  Was it when I was five and sat in the front yard all day playing with my Tonka Trucks?  Was it in elementary school when I finally beat Tyrell in our P.E. run around the fence enclosing Cherryvale after he whooped my ass for two years str8 (naw, I haven't forgotten Tyrell, much love for the competition)?  Or was it my senior year at Cwood when I was a part of those Black Knights, who went 1-11 (that is still the best damn thing I ever did), lifted weights, and kept my head above water in the classroom? Or is it every time I go to T-Ville and spend time with my 91-year-old Grandmother working in her flowers and yard?  Or maybe it was the times when Miss La Toya said "Yes" (she likes that damn word "No", I wish I knew who invented that shit)?  Or still yet, maybe that day when I am truly happiest has yet to come.  I would like to think that the best is still ahead.
