Lemony Steamed Fish
Ingredients

4 halibut, scrod or cod fillets, fresh or frozen (1 1/2 lbs.)
1 small onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup)
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsely
1 tsp dillweed
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tsp lemon juice

Directions

Center each fileet on 12 inch square foil.  Sprinkle with onion, parsley, dillweed, paprika, salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Fold foil over each fillet to make packet;  pleat seams to securely enclose;  place on cookie sheet.

Bake in preheated moderate oven (375 f) 30 minutes
