Orange Mustard Glazed Turkey Cutlets
Serves 4

Ingredients

Non stick cooking spray
4 Turkey Cutlets
1/3 cup orange marmalade (or frozen orange juice concentrate)
1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard

Directions

Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray.  Place the turkey cutlets in the skillet and brown on meduim high heat.  Mix together marmalade and mustard.  Remove cutlets from skillet and add marmalade mixture.  Stir with drippings.  Return cutlets to skillet and simmer on low to meduim heat until cooked thoroughly, approximately 6-10 minutes.  (Internal temperature should be 170 F.)
