|
If you are fortunate to have the means to shell out extra cash for either a membership to a gym, or to buy a home gym do so. Check your local YMCA for classes and family memberships and get the family involved, too. Some home equipment, too can be cheap. Check the local paper for classified ads on used equipment, or check your cupboards for soup cans as dumbells. Use your creativity to think of ways to workout at home, and don't forget to get the family involved. |

If skiing isn't your cup of tea, head for the ice skating rink, but don't expect to be doing figure eight right away. Just the movement of skating is great for you legs and calves. When the snow falls, help you neighbors shovel theirs paths and driveways, just don't overdo it and don't forget to stretch. |
