Old News

09/07/2004 - Well, Ninja, Ninja Ninja has been cancelled.  Too bad, it had potential.  Contact between myself and the rest of EZA has been minimal lately.  Kinda makes me lose hope.  But I am moving forward, at least.  All moved in to a new home and ready to restart work on ToR.  Expect Chapter 17 within the next few days. 

09/03/2004 - Oh, almost forgot.  New item in Miscellanoeus Projects, and a new section of the site called Who Is Element Zero.  Go check 'em out.

09/03/2004 - Happy Birthday to me!!! Yesterday was my B-Day!  I'm 18 now!  It feels... the same.  What a load of crap.  I'm gonna go out and play blackjack now.  Cuz I can.  :P

08/31/2004 - It just occurred to me that none of you people would understand the Gregor reference.  Gregor was a former member of EZA who left on nowhere near good terms.  I'd also like to add that I'm working on a section of the site called "Who are Element Zero?"

08/31/2004 - Minor updates to the site.  A good portion of EZA is back in school now, so work may slow down a bit.  I would like to (tenatively)  announce that EZA has a new member.  No clue if it will be another Gregor, but I hope it works out.  Anyway, you can find the new gal's site here. ToR will be back to a priority, just as soon as I'm finished moving.

08/18/2004 - Minor changes to the site are being made.  Nothing anyone will notice, because NO ONE COMES HERE!!  The movie is being put on hold.  Instead, EZA will be working on some fancy webcomics.

08/09/2004 - Chapter 16 of A Tale of Revenge is done.  My friends are acting like idiots about now, so I'll keep this news post short.

08/06/2004 - New look, new banner, new link.  What would make things perfect would be a new chapter.  Unfortunately, I'm only about half done with the one I'm working on.  But it's long.  About as long as 2 normal chapters.  The Foxxy Morons are a really cool band that will be working with EZA.  Their site isn't up for some reason, but try again in a bit.

07/31/2004 - I am proud to introduce the launch of Zero Element.  The site will start to slowly evolve away from what it once was.  Check out the preview of Project #2  Current Dilema: Should I keep the Quote of the Week idea?  If yes, then I will start to take it seriously.  If not, it will be forever banished.  Email your opinions to toribani@yahoo.com

07/19/2004 - Chapter 15 is done.  Chapters 10 through 14 have been edited.

07/17/2004 - I am proud to introduce: Chapter 14!  That, and there's actualy something in the Miscellaneous Projects section now.  It's a script of a dated joke that I hope can be made into a decent movie.  As long as it's not me doing the animating.  I've already tried to make this once, and it didn't work, but with the helpful and friendly members of EZA, it could turn out to be decent. 

07/15/2004 - The idea has been brought to my attention that when A Tale of Revenge is finished, someone could publish it in their name and make money off of my work.  If you are planning to do this, I warn you.  If I find out about it, I have enough witnesses that the story is mine that your ass will be grass by the time you can say, uhh... potato chip.  Best thing I could come up with on the spur of the moment.  Anyway, stealing is wrong.

07/14/2004 - Chapter 13 is up.  No time to say anything else.

07/06/2004 - Posted Chapters 11 and 12.  Ch. 13 is coming along fine.  Movie progress seems to be picking up again.  I still need a new name for the site.  I'll get the EZA members to help me out with one.  Oh, and I fixed up a new way to do the Old News page.  Before, it was so annoying that I didn't want to post News.  Now, it's so easy that even an Amish person could figure it out. 

06/23/2004 - Updated the character bio on the Hooded One.  That's all.

06/22/2004 - Haven't had an update in a while.  Chapters 7 - 9 have been edited for a while, but I haven't had a chance to link them.  Chapter 10 is done and posted, so enjoy.  I'm still looking for a new name for the site.  And I added to Toriban's Character Bio.

06/06/2004 - Three chapters in one shot!  And edited edition of Chapter 6 is available.  Apparantly, either no one comes to this site, or no one has a problem with the dorky name.  The name will stay as is until there is a suggestion.

05/29/2004 - It's gettin' to be time to rename the site.  Enough people know about this site now, so I need to stop using the crappy name "Fantasy Funland."  Any ideas should be directed to the forums or to my email at toribani@yahoo.com.

05/29/2004 - Chapter 6 is up, and Sioux finished editing Chapters 4 & 5. I just sent in a letter to the Twinkin' Out column over on Nuklear Power. With a little luck, my letter will be in the column. With a little more luck, the site will get some free advertising. Oh, and I caught up on 2 weeks worth of quotes. Check 'em out.

05/19/2004 - Chapters 4 and 5 are available now. The Flash movie of Chapter 1 seems to be progressing nicely. I'm working on a glossary for the book.

05/15/2004 - Links on the front page! And they're pretty pictures, too! Edited version of Ch. 3 is now available. D&D stuff is falling behind. Oh, well. Its not like anyone actually visits this site anyway :)

05/10/2004 - Quick update.  Edited versions of Chapter 1 & 2 are now available.  Thanks to Sioux.  And no complaints so far about Chapter 3.  I figured it would've offended someone.

05/07/2004 - Chapter 3 is done and posted.  I'll be setting up the edited version of Chapter 1 soon.  Chapter 3 acts as a history lesson and introduces the third main character.  I'm probably taking a big risk by including religion in this world's history.  Oh well. 

05/05/2004 - Went to the doctor 2 days ago.  Turns out I'm sick.  I've got three ear infections.  At the same FREAKING time!  How is that possible?!  Anyway, I got Chapter 2 finished.  Special news: There's this guy I've been talking to on the Lillypad over the past 2 weeks, and he's gonna edit my story.  He's, like, the most helpful guy on the face of the Earth.  I now declare Sioux a full partner in this nonexistant business I call a web site.  Links to his site to come soon.

04/28/2004 - Fixed the Desilijic Spells well ahead of schedule.  Okay, as you may have noticed, I am the slowest typist on the face of the Earth.  Well, I've picked up this job that'll last a while, so It'll take even longer to finish stuff for the site while I'm working.  I'm sure that this will disappoint my cadre of nonexistent fans. 

04/26/2004 - I screwed up!!  I loaded the wrong Desilijic Spells file, so it won't work.  To make matters worse, the disk with the Desi Spells on them got left somewhere I can't get to for two weeks.  So, in other words, no Desilijic's spells for two weeks.

04/24/2004 - Major overhaul this morning.  I fixed the skills on the classes, set links to the index page on every major page, implemented my Quote of the Week idea, got the character bios finished, created a place for Old News to go to conserve room here on the index page, cleaned up the forum, added to the Thanks page, changed the intro on the D&D page, and fixed every single editorial error in the D&D stuff.  It is currently 3 in the morning.  I am very tired.  I am now going to bed. 

04/23/2004 - Remember those character bios I promised way back during my story's first incarnation?  Well, they're done.  And they're made for the new version, too!  Check 'em out.  Addition to Current Projects; Cameos in the Forgotten Realms.

04/23/2004 - Fixed my story link.  It accidentally linked to the forums.  Chapter 2 is half done, as are the Kriate Drakes.  Addition to current projects: Weapons.

04/20/2004 - Chapter 1 of my new story attempt is up, and boy, oh, boy is it better than before.  I've left the original up just so people can see how crappy it was.

04/15/2004 - I've decided to implement a little-known writing technique called "scrap the whole damn thing and start over."  I realize now that a novel in first person never would have worked, and frankly, it ran about as smooth and clean as a baby's vomit.  I'm starting over in third person and a few years back.  Expect better things from this new attempt.

04/09/2004 - Been away for awhile.  Fixed my welcome on the front page and added to the Thanks page.  Chapter 3 and Character bios should be available by the end of the day.

04/01/2004 - Forums are up and the Nalfein spells are posted.  From now on, go to the forums (and become a member) to answer the polls.  Chapter 3 still isn't ready, and the Navarra spells look as though they'll take awhile, because I'm not the one making them.  Finally, I got rid of the dorky yellow background that seemed to bother some of my friends.

03/30/2004 - Two News posts in one day?  Wow, thats weird.  Just wanted to say I'm working on getting a forum set up so I can do poll through there instead of through email.

03/30/2004 - Temporary fix on the calsses is set up.  Nalfein spells are completed (but yet to be posted) and Kriate Drakes are in the works.  Still haven't stared on Chapter 3.  Hopefully I'll be able to put something new in a few days.  Last but not least, I have 2 new affiliates.  Check them out on the links page.

03/28/2004 - After a good night's sleep, I have decided to scrap the Anime Review project altogether. Chapter 3 is all planned out, its just a matter of bothering to type it up.  Addition to Current Projects: Monsters.

03/27/2004 - Sites finally up.  I'll be back in a week or two with an update.  Current projects: fanfic novel 3&4, Dragoons, Nalfein Spells, Anime Reviews.
