Talking about their lost child is one sure way to help.
Most people stop bringing up the subject
for fear of hurting the parents
not knowing the silence hurts more.
there are far to many of us out here.
Find people to talk to who have also
experienced losing a child.
Talking is the only thing that will help you now.
I closed my feelings up inside for so long
because I didn't have anyone I felt comfortable
with or who I felt really wanted
to hear about Theresa. Just hearing or saying
her name became so hard for me and for people
around me that I went months at a time
without speaking her name aloud.
